We start by talking through your history and what is bothering you, then carry out a gentle physical assessment. We explain what we found and what care could help before any treatment begins.
Will the treatment hurt?
Chiropractic care is hands-on, and most people find it comfortable. You can tell us at any point if something feels uncomfortable and we will adjust.
Do I need a referral?
In most cases you can contact us directly without a referral. If you are unsure, send us an enquiry and we will point you in the right direction.
