Find the Right Class for You
At Lotus Path Yoga we teach a range of yoga styles, so whether you are taking your first breath on a mat or deepening a long-standing practice, there is a class with your name on it.

The Styles We Teach
Our classes draw on different approaches to yoga. Each style emphasises something a little different, from slow, held postures to flowing movement linked to breath. Ask us about the specific styles running at the moment, as our timetable changes.

Gentle & Restorative
Slower-paced classes focused on relaxation, gentle stretching and calming the mind. A good choice when you want to unwind.
Flow
Movement linked to breath, moving smoothly from one posture to the next. Suited to students who enjoy a more dynamic practice.
Foundations
Classes that focus on alignment, breath and the basic postures. An ideal starting point for anyone new to yoga.
Which Classes Suit You?
New to yoga? Start with a beginner-friendly class such as Foundations or a gentle session. These classes move at a steady pace and explain postures clearly, so you can build confidence without feeling rushed. Already practising? Flow and more advanced sessions offer greater challenge and longer sequences. If you are unsure which level is right, just ask and we will help you choose.
Beginners: Foundations, gentle and restorative classes
Intermediate: Flow classes
Experienced: advanced and longer-sequence classes, where available
What to Expect in a Typical Class
A class usually begins with a short settling period to focus on breath, followed by a guided sequence of postures and finishing with a period of relaxation. Each class is taught at an accessible pace, and teachers will offer variations so you can work at your own level. Class length varies by style.
