How We Work
From your first enquiry to a pest-free property, here is what to expect at every step of the Guardline process.

Step 1: Enquiry, Inspection and Assessment
It starts with a conversation. Tell us what you are seeing and where, and we will arrange an inspection of the affected areas.
During the inspection we identify the pest, find out how it is getting in, and assess how far the problem has spread. You will be walked through our findings before any treatment is proposed.
Step 2: Agreeing and Carrying Out a Treatment Plan
Once we understand the problem, we explain the recommended treatment, what it involves, and roughly how long it will take. Nothing goes ahead until you have agreed the plan. On the agreed day, our team carries out the treatment, explains what was done and leaves you with clear instructions for the first few days.
Inspection and assessment of the affected areas
A written treatment plan explained in plain language
Your approval before any work begins
Treatment carried out and explained on the day
Step 3: Follow-up Visits
Many pest problems need more than one visit. Where your treatment plan includes follow-up visits, we schedule them in advance so you know when to expect us and what each visit is checking for.
Step 4: Aftercare Guidance
After treatment we tell you what to watch for, what to avoid, and when to contact us again. Clear aftercare guidance helps the treatment work as intended.
Preventive Advice to Stop Pests Returning
Getting rid of pests is only half the job. We also show you the simple changes that make your property less attractive to them in future, such as sealing entry points, managing food and waste, and reducing moisture and clutter.
Our Guarantee and Follow-up Policy
Details of any guarantee or follow-up policy that applies to your treatment will be set out in your treatment plan before work begins, so you know exactly what is covered and for how long.
