Hire out on Friday and back on Monday counts as a single day. Linen comes back to us unwashed, and we launder it.
Five steps, with one coordinator looking after your order from the first message onward.
Choose a package or list single items, then add the event date, the venue and the guest count.
Within one working day we confirm the items, suggest swaps for anything already out, or explain why we cannot take it.
A deposit of one third holds the order. For marquees we visit the site or ask for photos of the ground in a message.
The crew arrives the day before, pitches the tent, levels the floor and lays out tables and chairs.
We collect the morning after the event, stack everything away and leave the lawn as we found it.

Every tent and dance floor is put up by our own crew, who check the ground, the slope and the access before the first pole goes in. Tell us about sprinkler pipes, cables or soft ground on the request form, and we plan the pegs or weights around them.
Tents are not pitched in winds above 60 km/h, and the crew lead makes that call on the day. Some councils and venues require a permit or a safety certificate for larger tents; the rules vary by country and by town, so check with your local authority, and we supply the sizes and weights they ask for.
Add any of these to a package or a single item order, and they travel in the same van with no extra delivery charge. Each piece is priced on the confirmation.
Describe the look you want in the message box, colours included, and we suggest pieces from the warehouse that suit it.
Weddings, family lunches, birthdays and office parties, on lawns, courtyards and fields.

The marquee went up on Friday in light rain, and by Saturday afternoon it looked like a ballroom. On Sunday morning the crew had everything packed before we finished breakfast.
We needed sixty chairs, eight tables and some heaters at short notice. The confirmation listed every item and the delivery time, and nothing was missing.
The canopy, bar and sofas turned our car park into a summer party. The coordinator checked the access width with us twice so the van fitted.
Four to six months for summer weddings and marquees, and two to three weeks for chairs and tables. Late requests are often possible, so send one anyway.
Yes for tents, dance floors and lighting, which only our crew puts up. Tables and chairs are laid out to your plan, or left stacked if you prefer to arrange them yourselves.
Lawns take pegs, while patios, car parks and courtyards need weights. Tell us the ground type on the request, and for marquees we check it before we confirm.
Marquees come with rain sides and gutters. If wind on the day is above the safe limit, we will not pitch, and we either move your date or refund the tent hire.
Yes. Chairs, tables and linen can be collected from the warehouse during opening hours, which removes the delivery charge.
Accidents happen at parties. Broken or lost items are charged at replacement cost, listed on the confirmation, and ordinary wear and wine on the linen are never charged.
Tell us the event date, the venue and what you would like to hire. We check the warehouse shelves, and within one working day you hear whether the order is confirmed, needs a swap, or clashes with a date already taken.
Phone during opening hours to talk through an order, or write and the coordinator answers before the end of the next working day.

About this sample page
Celebrate Party Rentals is made up, but its one page site shows how a rental company can present tents, furniture, lighting and decor on AI Web Maker. A ticker of items for hire runs under the opening photo, so visitors see the range of stock before they scroll. Three packages follow with day rates, and a table lists single items for people who only need chairs or tables. The page then explains how the crew pitches tents, what ground suits them and when wind stops the work. Each section is there to turn a busy event planner into a confirmed order.
A rental company that wants a site like this describes its stock, its occasions and its delivery area, and the builder drafts the page from that description. Each reservation request arrives with an event date attached, and the owner says yes, offers another date or says no. Deposits and payment stay between the company and the hirer, with no share taken by the platform. The site is billed only once it goes live, at $119 for the year or $19 a month, plus the domain. A full walkthrough of the sample, section by section, sits on the page linked below.
