Packages are counted for guests of legal drinking age. Younger guests are served from the mocktail and soda list at no extra charge.

The legal drinking age, who must hold the licence and when service has to stop all vary by country, and sometimes by region or venue. Before your date we check the rules where the event takes place and the venue's own conditions, then explain what they mean for your evening.
On the night, bartenders serve only guests of legal drinking age and stop serving anyone who has had enough, whoever is paying. Please drink responsibly, and plan how every guest will get home.
Most weddings book six to twelve months ahead; parties and office events often book within a month.
Choose a bar, then tell us the venue, the guest count and the hours you want it open.
Within two working days we send a quote and check access, power and the serving rules at that venue.
For a cocktail menu, a tasting at our unit about six weeks before settles the final four drinks.
The bar arrives two hours early, opens on time, calls last orders and packs away after the last guest.
Farm weddings, courtyard parties, office receptions and a few birthdays that ran late.

The horsebox looked beautiful in every photo, and the queue never grew longer than three people. Our grandparents are still talking about the mocktails.
A cash bar for the summer party meant no surprise bill. IDs were checked politely, and the water jugs were full all evening.
The trailer slipped through the side gate with room to spare, and the draught paloma was gone by nine.
Only adults who have reached the legal drinking age where the event is held, and that age is not the same everywhere. Bartenders ask for ID from anyone who looks under 25 and decline service without it. Younger guests are welcome at the bar for mocktails and sodas.
That depends on where the event is held. In some places the bar holds the licence, in others the venue does, and some need a temporary event permit from the local authority. We check the rules for your venue and tell you what is needed before you confirm.
A level space about 4 m by 3 m, a standard power point within 20 m and vehicle access for the trailer or the horsebox. Indoors, the pop up counter needs a lift or level access.
Some hosts do, and then we charge a service and corkage fee in place of a drinks package. Whether it is allowed depends on local licensing rules and the venue, so ask before buying anything.
The bartender stops serving them, offers water and quietly lets the host or the venue staff know. That applies on a host's tab too. A taxi number on the bar or a booked minibus helps everyone get home safely.
The day rate covers venues within 80 km of our unit. Further away, travel is added at cost and shown on the quote before anything is booked.
Once the quote is accepted, a quarter of the total secures the bar for that date, and the rest is paid two weeks before the event. Cancelling two months or more before the date gets the whole deposit back.
Pick a bar, add the venue and the date, and say roughly how many adults are coming. A quote follows within two working days, or a note that the bar is already out that day with another one suggested.
Calls are answered on weekdays. At weekends the team is out pouring, so email and the reply comes on Monday.
| Monday to Friday | 10:00 to 18:00 |
| Saturday and Sunday | Email only |
The horsebox and the trailer can be seen at our unit on weekday afternoons, by appointment. Bring the venue layout and we show you how the bar would sit.

About this sample page
Two Taps Mobile Bar is an invented hire company, written to show how a mobile bar can take date requests on AI Web Maker. The opening view sets a lit horsebox photo beside a glass that fills as the page loads, with three short facts about the bars. Three bars follow with day rates, guest counts and service hours, then a table of drinks packages priced per guest. A section on responsible service explains drinking age, licences and ID, which vary by country, and asks guests to drink responsibly. Everything a host needs to compare a quote sits on one page, in the order they would ask.
Bar companies starting out on AI Web Maker describe their bars, drinks and travel area in a few lines. From that, the builder sets out bar cards, a drinks table and a request form ready to edit. A host picks a bar and sends the date and venue; the company replies by taking the booking, proposing another day or passing on it. Deposits and balances pass straight between host and bar, with nothing taken by the platform. Going live is $119 a year of hosting, with the domain paid separately. A section by section tour of this example is on its sample page.
