From a Thursday order to a full fridge

One fixed rhythm every week, so the food is as fresh as possible on the day it reaches you.

  1. Order by Thursday

Choose a box and a mix before 20:00 on Thursday. That week's menu is already on this page.

  2. Shopping on Friday

Produce, meat and fish are bought for the number of boxes ordered, so very little goes to waste.

  3. Cooking on Saturday

Each dish is cooked, cooled quickly, portioned and sealed with its label and use by date.

  4. Handover on Sunday

Collect between 10:00 and 13:00, or the van brings your box between 14:00 and 19:00.

Two cooks portioning food from shallow trays in a clean commercial kitchen

A kitchen that cooks for the fridge, not the pass

Food that will be eaten three days later is handled differently from food served at once. Rice is cooled within the hour, sauces are spread into shallow trays to chill, and every tray goes into the blast chiller before a single portion is filled.

The kitchen is registered with the local food authority and inspected under its hygiene rules, which differ from one country to the next. The latest inspection result is pinned by the collection door for anyone who asks.

  • Chilled quickly and kept at fridge temperature
  • Ingredients, allergens and a use by date on each lid
  • Delivered in insulated bags with ice packs

Opened, reheated and reviewed (example reviews)

Sunday evening used to mean two hours of batch cooking. Now the box arrives at four, the fridge is full by five, and the curry beats the one made at home.

The allergen column is the reason this household orders. Sesame is flagged every single time, and a question about the tahini got a clear answer the same morning.

How long do the meals keep?

Each lid shows a use by date, normally four days after cooking. Put the meals in the fridge as soon as they arrive, and reheat each one until it is piping hot all the way through.

Can the meals go in the freezer?

Most can, on the day they arrive. The lid says when a dish does not freeze well, such as salads or anything with a crisp topping. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating.

How are allergies handled?

Every dish lists the allergens it contains as an ingredient, and the lid repeats them. Nuts, sesame, gluten, milk and egg are all used in the same kitchen, so traces are possible. Labelling rules vary by country, so call before ordering if an allergy is severe.

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?

Sunday deliveries reach homes and offices within 20 km of the kitchen. The fee for your zone, from $4 nearby to $11 at the edge, is added at checkout. Collection from the kitchen costs nothing extra.

Is every order a weekly commitment?

No. Each box is a single order for one week, so order again whenever you want the next one. Plenty of customers order every Thursday, and others only in busy weeks.

What happens to the bags and trays?

Hand the insulated bag and ice packs back to the driver at your next delivery, or bring them to the side door. The trays are card with a peel off film, and whether they can be recycled depends on the rules where you live.

Lunches for a team, trays for a gathering

For ten or more meals a week to one address, or trays for a family occasion, describe what you need. An answer comes back within one working day, with a suggested menu and a price per head.

  • A name and dietary note on each lid for teams
  • Office drops on Sunday evening or Monday by 09:00
  • Payment arranged directly with the kitchen

Enquiries are answered on weekdays, normally by the next morning.

About this sample page

Thursday's order, Saturday's cooking and Sunday's fridge

Prepped Plate Meal Prep is an invented kitchen, written to show how a meal prep business can sell weekly boxes of ready meals on AI Web Maker. Its opening view states the Thursday cutoff, the size of the week's menu and how long the meals keep, beside a photo of food being portioned under rising steam. Five boxes follow with prices, a mix to choose and an Add to bag button, while team lunches and family trays lead to an enquiry. A menu table lists the allergens in every dish, and a kitchen section explains how food meant for later is chilled and labelled. One scroll carries both the weekly order and the trust that makes it possible.

A kitchen starting its own site on AI Web Maker writes a few lines about its boxes and its weekly timetable, and from those lines the builder lays out a first version of the shop, the menu table and a form for group orders. Customers pick options and fill the bag, the checkout adds the delivery fee for their zone, and discount codes can welcome a first order. Hosting starts on launch day at $119 for the year, or $19 for each month, with the domain name priced by its ending. Every section gets a closer look on this example's own sample page. A kitchen with more boxes or several delivery days can keep the same order of sections and simply add rows.
