From quote request to delivery
- 1. Request a quote: Tell us about your shipment through our enquiry form.
- 2. Receive your quote: We review your details and send you a freight quote.
- 3. Confirm and book: Accept the quote and we schedule your shipment.
- 4. Collection: We collect your goods from the agreed pickup point.
- 5. In transit: Your shipment moves through our network with updates along the way.
- 6. Delivery: Your goods arrive at the destination and delivery is confirmed.
What we need from you for a quote
To give you an accurate quote, it helps to have the following information ready:
Pickup and delivery locations, including addresses and any access notes.
Description of the goods and approximate quantity or pallet count.
Weight and dimensions of the shipment.
Preferred pickup date and any delivery deadline.
Any special handling requirements, such as fragile items or temperature control.
Keeping you updated during a shipment
Once your shipment is booked, we keep you informed from collection through to delivery. You will be notified at key stages so you always know where your goods are and when to expect them. If you need an update at any time, you can contact our team directly.
If there is a delay or issue
Most shipments run smoothly, but if a delay or problem occurs, we will let you know as early as possible. Our team will explain the situation, outline the steps being taken to resolve it, and agree on next actions with you. Our priority is to keep you informed and find the most practical solution for your delivery.
