Every vehicle is driven by one of our own chauffeurs, cleaned before each journey and stocked with chilled water. Hourly prices run from the booked pick up time to the final drop off.

Tolls and parking are added at cost, and waiting beyond the booked time is charged in 15 minute steps. A deposit of 30 percent confirms the booking, and the balance is due 48 hours before pick up.

How a booking reaches the kerb

Pick a vehicle, the date, the pick up time and place, and the number of passengers.
We confirm
Within four working hours we confirm the car, suggest another time or vehicle, or explain why we cannot take it.
Pay the deposit
A 30 percent deposit secures the car; the invoice comes from us directly.
Meet your chauffeur
The day before, you receive the chauffeur's name, a phone number and the vehicle description.
Door to door
The chauffeur arrives 15 minutes early, loads the luggage and drives the route you agreed.
House rules on drinks, proms and licences
Passengers aged 18 and over may bring their own drinks into the stretch limousine and the party coach where local law allows it. The legal drinking age and the rules on alcohol in hired vehicles vary by country and region, and our chauffeurs follow the local rule even when it is stricter than ours.
Prom bookings for passengers under 18 are made by a parent or guardian, who receives the route, the timings and the chauffeur's number. No alcohol is allowed on a prom booking; if any is found, the chauffeur ends the trip, takes the group home and calls the booking parent. Chauffeur and vehicle licensing also differs from place to place, and our licence details are shown on request.

As a parent the prom booking felt safe from start to finish. We had the route, the timings and the chauffeur's number, and our daughter was home at the time agreed.
Our flight landed ninety minutes late and the driver was still there, tracking it the whole time. The van fitted six of us and every suitcase without a squeeze.
Questions before you ride
How far ahead should we book?
Three to six months for wedding and prom dates in spring and summer, and 24 hours for airport transfers and business trips when a car is available.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight we collect from and adjust the pick up time when it lands late. Waiting caused by a delayed flight is never charged.
Can we bring drinks?
Passengers aged 18 and over may bring their own drinks in the limousine and the party coach where local law allows it. No alcohol is allowed on prom bookings, and glass bottles must stay in the ice bucket.
Can teenagers book for prom?
A parent or guardian makes every booking for passengers under 18. They receive the route and the chauffeur's number, and they can call the chauffeur during the evening.
Do you decorate wedding cars?
Ribbons in white, ivory or silver are included on wedding bookings. Tell us the colours in the booking request and the chauffeur fits them before pick up.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 14 days or more before pick up and the deposit is refunded. Inside 14 days the deposit is kept, and airport transfers can be cancelled up to 24 hours before without charge.

Choose the vehicle and give us the date, the pick up time and where you are going. We reply within four working hours to confirm the car and the chauffeur, offer another time, or tell you if the fleet is already out that day.
