A worn tap washer, a snapped hinge or a bolt with a thread nobody recognises tells us more than any description. Put it on the counter and we measure it, find its match on the shelves and explain how to fit it.
We sell electrical, gas and plumbing fittings, but in many countries wiring and gas work must be done or checked by a licensed professional. The rules vary by country, so for anything beyond a simple swap we will point you to someone qualified.

Which fixing for which wall
Most shelves that fall do so because the fixing did not suit the wall. Tap the wall, drill a small test hole if you are unsure, then match the fixing below.

Can you find a part to match an old one?
Usually, yes. Bring the part itself, or a clear measurement and a photo on your phone, and we compare thread, length and fitting against the drawers. If we do not stock it, we say where it can be ordered.
What can be returned?
Unused stock in its packaging can come back within 30 days with the receipt for a refund or an exchange. Paint mixed to a custom shade, timber or sheet cut to size, and chain or hose cut from the reel cannot be returned unless faulty.
Do you deliver sand, gravel and full sheets?
Yes. The flatbed carries pallets of bagged aggregates, full sheets and timber up to 4.8 m, and sets them down at the kerb or the site gate with a tail lift.
Can you cut any key?
Most house, padlock and window keys, yes. Keys on a registered security system can only be copied by the system holder with the owner’s card, which keeps them secure, so we will tell you who to ask.
What safety gear should go with a new power tool?
Read the manual first, and wear safety glasses for drilling, cutting and sanding, plus ear defenders and a dust mask for long or dusty jobs. We stock all three beside the tools and can show you how a mask should fit.
