- Quote: We review your enquiry and get back to you with a quote.
- Scheduling: Once you accept the quote, we agree a date and time that suits you.
- Work: Our team carries out the job at the agreed time.
- Completion: We check the work is finished and walk you through the result.
What to have ready when you enquire
- A description of the job or problem
- The address where the work is needed
- Roughly when you would like the work done
- Any photos that show the issue, if you have them
- Your name and the best way to contact you
How quotes work
After reviewing your enquiry, we provide a quote that sets out the work we will carry out. Each quote explains what is included so you know what you are agreeing to before anything starts.
If anything about the job changes, we will talk with you before going ahead.
