A deposit of 30 percent secures the date once we confirm it. We send the invoice directly and the balance is due a week before the event.

We arrive early
The DJ arrives 90 minutes before guests, sets up and runs a sound check with the venue.

A garden reception for eighty needs different speakers from a hotel ballroom for three hundred. We ask about the venue before we pack, so the sound reaches the back of the room without drowning out conversation at the tables.
Every job travels with a second controller, spare cables and a backup laptop. If anything stops working, the music carries on within seconds.

Questions hosts ask
How far do you travel?
Package prices cover venues within 100 km of the studio. Further venues are welcome, and we add travel at cost, which we state in the confirmation before you pay anything.
How long do you need to set up?
We arrive 90 minutes before guests and need a table near a power point. For weddings with ceremony music we arrive two hours early.
Can we send a playlist?
Yes. Send a must play list and a do not play list before the planning call. Most couples choose ten to twenty songs and leave the rest to the DJ.
Do you bring microphones for speeches?
Every package includes two wireless microphones, and the DJ manages the volume so every speech is heard at the back of the room.
What happens if a DJ is ill?
We have two DJs on call for every date. If your DJ cannot make it, the second DJ takes over with the same plan and the same equipment.
How do we secure the date?
Send a booking request first. Once we confirm the date, we send an invoice for a 30 percent deposit, and the date is yours when it is paid.
Check your date
Send the date, the venue and the package you have in mind. We reply within one working day to confirm the date, suggest another one, or let you know if we are already booked.

Hear the speakers first
Couples are welcome at the studio to hear the sound system and talk through the night with the DJ who will play it. Visits are by appointment.
