Coffee is ground in the kitchen every morning, and the long table there is where most introductions happen. The front desk signs in your guests, takes in parcels and knows which room opens up next, so you can stay at your desk.
The building has two moods. Upstairs is the quiet floor, with no calls and no meetings. Downstairs is for conversation, with the booths, the kitchen and the meeting rooms all a few steps away.
A day pass is the easiest way to try the space before talking about a membership.
Choose the date and the kind of visit. The front desk confirms by email the same working day.
Bring photo ID. We print a guest badge, show you the kitchen and the quiet floor, and hand over the wifi details.
Day passes use any open hot desk. Arrive before ten for a seat by the windows.
If the place suits you, ask to see the offices or talk through a membership before you leave.
Members come from many trades, which is half the reason people stay. These are some of the jobs done here on a normal Tuesday.
A shared lunch runs on the first Thursday of each month, and an evening talk every few weeks. Both are optional, and day pass guests are welcome to join.
Two floors of a former print works, with the original windows, brick and timber kept where we could.

Moving from the kitchen table at home to a dedicated desk changed the whole week. The front desk takes in parcels, and the quiet floor really is quiet.
Our team of five took an office here while looking for a lease, and never left. Booking the Long Table for client workshops takes a minute.
A day pass whenever the trip into town is for meetings: good coffee, a booth for calls and the Proof Room for an afternoon interview.
Yes. Tours take about twenty minutes and can be booked online for any weekday. You see the desks, the offices and the rooms, and we answer questions about memberships at the end.
Memberships run month to month after the first month. Give 30 days notice to leave or to change to a different kind of desk.
Yes. Guests sign in at the front desk and can join you in the kitchen or a meeting room. A guest who wants to work at a desk for the day needs a day pass.
Dedicated desk and private office members can receive post here. Whether the address can also be a registered office depends on the rules in your country, so please check them before you list it.
There is covered bike storage in the courtyard. Street parking nearby is metered, and a public car park is a short walk away.
There is step access from the courtyard, a lift to both floors and an accessible toilet on each floor. Tell us about anything else you need when you book.
Choose what you would like and when. The front desk confirms by email the same working day, or suggests the nearest open time if your slot is taken.
Walk in for a look during staffed hours, or book a tour and we will show you the offices too.

About this sample page
The Commons Workspace is fictional, and its single page shows how a coworking space can lead visitors from a first day to a membership on AI Web Maker. The opening screen offers a day pass and a tour, with a small panel listing what is ready on arrival. Four cards then set out the day pass, hot desk, dedicated desk and private office with their prices. Meeting rooms get a table of their own, so people who only need a room for an afternoon find it quickly. A short sequence explains the first visit, which takes the uncertainty out of walking into a new building.
An operator who wants a page like this lists the desks, rooms and hours in a short note, and the builder sketches the site and its request form from it. Each request lands with the front desk team, who confirm it, shift it to a better time or turn it down, then sort out payment with the visitor in person. The site itself costs $119 a year to host after launch, or $19 in any month, with the domain extra; nothing is charged while it is a draft. The sample page linked below explains the reasoning behind each section of this example. A space with more floors or a café can add sections without disturbing the path from pass to membership.
