Book economy

Same day collections run 07:00 to 20:00 on weekdays and 08:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays. One off bookings are paid when the driver collects; business accounts are invoiced monthly.

Sizes, weights and vehicles

Tell us the weight and size when you book so the right vehicle turns up. Anything beyond these limits is quoted separately.

For businesses that send every week

Regular senders get a named account manager, monthly invoicing and agreed prices for the routes they use most.

Scheduled collections

A driver calls at the same time every day or on set days, so outgoing post and parcels leave without anyone booking.

Legal and property papers

Contracts, deeds and signed documents carried by hand, with the name of the person who signed and the time recorded.

Online shop orders

An end of day pickup from your shop or unit for next day delivery, with labels printed from the order list you send.

Multi drop rounds

One van, a planned route and many stops, for deliveries to branches, clients or an event venue.

Large and heavy items

Pallets, furniture, exhibition stands and equipment, with a two person crew where needed and a written quote first.

International parcels

Documents and parcels passed to our international partners for delivery abroad. Customs forms are needed, and duties and banned goods vary by country.

For an account quote, choose regular deliveries in the form below and tell us roughly how often you send.

How a collection works

  1. Book

Send the form or call with the collection and delivery areas, the size and weight, and when it must arrive.

  2. Confirm

We reply with the price and a collection time, usually within 15 minutes during working hours.

  3. Collect

The driver arrives with your reference. Have the item packed, sealed and addressed, with a phone number on the label.

  4. Deliver

The driver takes a signature and a photo at the door, and we pass on the name of whoever signed.

Hands sealing a cardboard box with wide packing tape, with bubble wrap beside it

Pack it once, pack it well

Most damage happens to things that slide around inside their box. A strong outer box, padding on every side and a parcel that stays silent when gently shaken will arrive the way it left.

  • Use a new double wall box for anything heavy
  • Fill every gap with paper or bubble wrap
  • Seal each seam with wide tape
  • Put the address and a phone number on top

What we cannot carry

These are refused on every service. Rules for parcels going abroad are stricter and differ by country, so check with us before booking anything unusual.

  • Cash, bank cards and gift cards
  • Firearms, weapons and ammunition
  • Fireworks and explosives
  • Gas cylinders and aerosols in bulk
  • Flammable liquids and fuel
  • Loose lithium batteries
  • Live animals
  • Perishable food without notice
  • Illegal drugs and stolen goods
  • Hazardous or toxic chemicals

Jewellery, watches and artworks worth over $1,000 travel on our high value service, booked by phone. Customs declarations must be accurate, because a wrong one can delay a parcel or see it seized.

On the road

Cargo bikes beat the traffic in the centre, cars cover the suburbs and vans take the heavy and the bulky.

Questions senders ask

How late can a same day job be booked?

Direct same day can be booked until 18:00 on weekdays for delivery that evening. Same day by 17:00 must be booked by noon.

What if nobody is in?

The driver rings the recipient, then uses a safe place or a neighbour only if you allowed that when booking. Otherwise the parcel returns to the depot and a second attempt follows on the next working day, which can carry a charge.

Is the parcel covered while you carry it?

Every parcel is covered against loss or damage up to $500 while in our hands. Higher cover, up to $5,000, can be added when you book. Items on the list we cannot carry are never covered.

Can we send parcels abroad?

Yes, through our international partners. You complete a customs declaration describing the contents and their value, and duties or taxes may be charged at the destination. What may be sent, and the paperwork needed, vary by country.

Do you collect from homes too?

Yes. Anyone can book a one off collection, paid when the driver arrives. Business accounts are invoiced once a month.

Do you deliver at weekends?

Saturday same day collections run 08:00 to 14:00 within the city. Next day services deliver Monday to Friday, so a parcel booked on Friday arrives on Monday.

Book a collection or ask for a quote

Give us the areas, the size and when it must arrive. Nothing is collected until you have agreed the price, which the control room sends back with a collection time.

  • Price confirmed before the driver sets off
  • Signed for on every delivery
  • Regular and large jobs quoted within one working day

The control room uses these details for this booking or quote only.

Talk to the control room

The control room answers during collection hours and can tell you where a parcel is right now.

About this sample page

Why the Swiftline sample turns deadlines into booked drivers

Swiftline Couriers is a fictional delivery firm, and its single page site shows how a courier can take bookings on AI Web Maker. A route line draws itself across the opening photo while the headline promises collection within the hour. Four services with prices and cut off times come next, followed by a size and weight table that points each parcel to the right vehicle. Business senders get their own section, and banned items and customs rules are listed before anyone packs. Each part of the page shortens the path from a deadline to a booked driver.

A courier firm joins AI Web Maker by describing its services and coverage, and the builder answers with a draft page that already carries a booking form. Every collection request then waits for the control room to take it, move it or refuse it, and the sender pays the courier directly. No charge applies while the site is drafted and previewed. After launch the courier pays $119 a year for hosting, or $19 a month, and buys its domain on top. A real courier could add its own zones and vehicles and keep this quick layout intact.
