Young cooks classes need a parent or carer to stay in the building. Private classes suit 6 to 12 guests, for birthdays, teams and families.

Each guest has a station with a hob, a board, knives and a set of pans, so nobody spends the class waiting for a turn. The chef shows each step at the front bench, then walks the room to help with kneading, folding and seasoning.
Classes finish at the long table, where everyone eats what they have cooked together. Anything left over goes home in a box, along with the printed recipes.
Three hours goes quickly when you are the one cooking.
Tea or coffee, an apron and a look at your station, fifteen minutes before the start.
A short demonstration of each technique, with time for questions before anyone picks up a knife.
You make every dish yourself while the chef moves around the room to taste, adjust and encourage.
The class ends at the long table with the food you made, and leftovers go home with you.
Please read this before booking. It matters more than anything else on the page.
List every allergy and intolerance for each guest in the booking request, so the chef can plan the class before the day.
Most classes have a tested swap for meat, fish, dairy or eggs. Tell us when booking and it is ready at your station.
Nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish and sesame are handled in this kitchen every day, so we cannot promise any dish is without traces.
If a reaction could be serious, phone before booking. We would rather say honestly that a class is not right for you.

The sourdough class finally explained what the dough should feel like. The loaf from that morning was gone by lunch, and the starter is still alive months later.
A birthday group of eight made pasta from scratch, then ate it together at the long table. Relaxed, well paced and very tasty.
Knife skills was ideal for a nervous beginner. Clear demonstrations, a chef close by whenever needed and a whole bag of onions diced without a nick.
No. Kitchen skills and most world cuisine classes suit complete beginners, and the bread and pastry classes start from the basics. The few classes where some experience helps say so in the class dates table.

Declare every allergy and intolerance when you book. Many recipes can be adapted, but common allergens are handled here every day and we cannot promise a setting without traces. For a severe allergy, call before booking.

About this sample page
The Copper Pan Cookery School does not exist; its single page demonstrates how a cookery school might set out classes, dates and bookings on AI Web Maker. Steam rises from a copper pan in the opening view, and a strip below it sums up small groups, seasonal produce and gift vouchers. Three class cards and a season of dates with prices answer the questions of what, when and how much. A photo of the teaching kitchen, a four step outline of the evening and a frank section on allergies build trust before the gallery and reviews. The page ends with a booking request that asks about allergies, which is exactly where a guest expects to give them.
A cookery school that wants a similar site describes its kitchen and classes to the builder and gets back a draft with class cards, a timetable and a booking request. Each request then reaches the school to accept, move or decline, and guests pay the school directly. Hosting starts at $119 a year from publication day, and the domain is registered and paid for separately. The sample page below explains every section of this example and the thinking behind it. Schools that run mostly private events can simply move that part of the page higher.
