From first enquiry to your board
- Send your enquiry through our contact form with your occasion and what you have in mind.
- We review your enquiry and get back to you to confirm details.
- We agree on the board style, quantities and any dietary needs.
- You confirm your order, and we prepare your board.
- You collect or receive your board, as arranged.
What to have ready
To help us prepare the right board for you, please have the following ready when you get in touch:
The date of your event or when you need the board
Your estimated number of guests
Any dietary needs or allergies we should know about
The style of board or platter you are interested in
Collection and delivery
Collection or delivery arrangements are confirmed with you directly when we agree your order. We will only offer the options available at the time of your enquiry.
Custom and event orders
Custom boards and larger event orders need more planning. Please get in touch as early as you can so we can confirm what is possible for your date. We will let you know what notice we need when we reply to your enquiry.
