Before Your Visit
Clear furniture and small items from the floor where possible.
Move valuables, documents and breakables out of the work area.
Vacuum loose dirt if you can, so the clean can focus on deeper soiling.
Let us know about pets, stains or areas of particular concern.
What to Expect on the Day
We arrive at the agreed time, walk through the areas to be cleaned with you and start work. You are welcome to stay nearby while we work. Once finished, we will show you the results and answer any questions you have.
Aftercare and Drying Guidance
Keep foot traffic off the carpet until it is fully dry.
Open windows or run fans to help air circulate and speed drying.
Avoid placing furniture back on damp areas straight away.
Vacuum gently once the carpet is dry to lift the pile.
