Organic garland
A loose, flowing garland of mixed sizes along a wall, a table edge or a doorway.
Arches, garlands, ceiling clouds and backdrops for birthdays, weddings, launches and office parties, designed around your colours and built on site. Tell us the date and the space, and a sketch with a price follows.

Every design is made in your palette and sized to your space. Prices are starting points and include delivery, set up and collection.
A loose, flowing garland of mixed sizes along a wall, a table edge or a doorway.
A self supporting arch over an entrance or a stage, on a weighted frame for indoors or out.
A balloon wall behind a cake table or a photo spot, with a name or a number added if you like.
Helium balloons gathered across a ceiling with ribbons hanging down, for halls and dance floors.
Low clusters or tall stems for each table, kept below eye level so guests can still talk.
Giant foil numbers or letters on a balloon base, for birthdays, anniversaries and launches.
Delivery within 30 km, set up and next day collection are in every price. The sketch and the final price come before anything is ordered.
Start from one of these or send your own colours. Shades are matched to real balloon stock, so what you see in the sketch is what arrives.

Every display is designed for the space it fills. We ask for the room size, the ceiling height and a description of the spot, then send a sketch with measurements before a single balloon is ordered.
Garlands and arches are built in sections at the studio and joined on site, which keeps most set ups to about an hour. Helium is used only where balloons must float, and every helium bunch is weighted.
Balloons react to heat, sunlight and air conditioning, so these are typical times for our displays rather than promises.
| Display | Indoors | Outdoors |
|---|---|---|
| Air filled garland or arch | Up to two weeks | One or two days in shade |
| Helium latex bunches | About a day, longer when treated | A few hours |
| Foil numbers and letters | Several days | A day, out of strong sun |
| Ceiling cloud with helium | One or two days | Not suitable |
Latex is a natural material, yet it breaks down slowly, so we never release balloons and we clear every display away ourselves.
Four steps, with the same designer looking after your event from the sketch to the take down.
The date, the venue, your colours and a description of the spot you want to fill.
Within two working days you receive a sketch with measurements and a fixed price.
A 30 percent deposit secures the date, and the balloons are ordered in your colours.
We arrive two to three hours before guests, build the display and return for it the next day.
Weddings, birthdays, launches and showers from the past season.

The arch matched the sketch down to the sage and cream we had picked. It went up in an hour and came down the next morning without one balloon left behind.
Our launch needed the company colours and nothing that looked cheap. The backdrop ended up in every photo from the evening.
A ceiling cloud for a seventieth birthday in a church hall. The grandchildren spent the whole party tugging on the ribbons.
Four to six weeks for weddings and large launches, and a week or two for birthdays. Late enquiries are welcome, and we say honestly whether your colours can be sourced in time.
Burst or uninflated latex balloons are a choking risk for small children, so displays are fixed out of reach and we pick up every scrap afterwards. Keep loose balloons away from children under eight, and tell us about any latex allergy so we can work in foil instead.
Only where balloons need to float, such as ceiling clouds and bunches. Most garlands and arches are air filled, which lasts longer and uses no helium at all.
Yes, on weighted frames and with an eye on the forecast. Strong sun and wind shorten the life of any balloon, so outdoor displays are built as close to the start as possible.
Never. Released balloons come down as litter and can harm wildlife, so every display is taken down and cleared away by us.
Yes, the next day. If the venue needs the room cleared the same night, a late collection costs $60 more.
Share the party date, where it is happening and the look you are after. A sketch and a fixed price follow within two working days, and nothing is ordered until you say yes.
Studio visits are by appointment on weekdays, with the balloon walls up and the colour shelves open.

About this sample page
Pop and Float Balloon Studio is an invented studio whose single page shows how a balloon decorator can present designs, colours and quote requests on AI Web Maker. Six design cards with sizes and starting prices open the page, so hosts can budget straight away. Eight palettes follow, drawn as balloon clusters that visitors can point to. A display life table and plain answers on helium, safety and releases build trust before anyone asks for a price. The page ends with a quote form that asks for the event, the colours and a description of the space.
A site for your own studio starts from a few lines about the displays you build and the neighbourhoods you serve. The builder drafts design cards, a palette section and an enquiry form, which you then edit until the words and prices are yours. Hosts send enquiries through the form, and quotes and deposits are arranged directly between you and them. There is no charge until the site is published, and then hosting is $119 a year plus a domain. For the reasoning behind every section, open the sample page linked below and take whatever suits your studio.
