How a transfer works

From the booking request to the kerb outside your door, one dispatcher looks after the trip.

  1. Book the transfer

Choose the vehicle and the direction, then add the date, the time and the flight number.

  2. We confirm it

Within two hours we confirm the booking by email, with the fare and the driver's name.

  3. Flight followed

The driver watches the arrival time, so a delayed flight never means a missed pick up.

  4. Met and driven

Your driver waits in arrivals with a name board and takes you to the door.

Where your driver meets you

For arrivals, the driver waits just past the exit from customs with a board showing your name. Waiting is included for 60 minutes after the plane lands, which covers passport queues and the baggage hall, and after that it is $10 for each extra 15 minutes.

For departures, the driver arrives at your door at the time in the confirmation and drops you at the right terminal. We suggest leaving three hours before an international flight and two hours before a domestic one.

  • Name board in the arrivals hall
  • 60 minutes of waiting after landing
  • Help with luggage to and from the vehicle
  • The driver's phone number in the confirmation

Vehicles and drivers

Clean, quiet vehicles for one traveller or a whole wedding party, driven by people who know the airport well.

Travellers on Skyport (example reviews)

Our flight landed ninety minutes late at midnight, and the driver was still there with the name board and a smile. The fare was exactly what the confirmation said.
Hannah L.Sedan, late night arrival
Fourteen of us with wedding outfits and far too many bags, all in one minibus with room to spare. The driver even knew a quicker road to the hotel.
Rahul and SimoneMinibus, wedding group
The office sends one invoice a month for our visiting engineers, and the drivers have been punctual on every trip so far.

Questions travellers ask

What happens if the flight is delayed?

We follow the arrival time for the flight number you give us, so the driver adjusts to the delay at no extra cost. The 60 minutes of waiting starts when the plane actually lands.

How do we pay?

Pay the driver at the end of the journey, or ask for an invoice if you travel for a company with an account. The fare in the confirmation is the fare you pay.

Can we cancel a booking?

Cancel up to 12 hours before the pick up time at no charge. Later cancellations, and journeys where the driver waits but nobody arrives, are invoiced at half the fare.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, at no extra charge, as long as you tell us each child's age when you book. Child seat rules vary by country, and our drivers fit seats that meet the rules where we operate.

Are the drivers licensed?

Every driver holds the private hire or chauffeur licence that the local authority requires, and every vehicle is insured for paying passengers. Licensing rules for transfer drivers vary by country and by city.

Can the driver stop on the way?

A short stop of up to 15 minutes, for example to collect someone, is fine if you mention it when booking. Longer stops are charged at $10 for each 15 minutes.

Book a transfer

Choose the vehicle and the direction, then add the date, the time and the flight number. We reply within two hours to confirm the booking and the fare, or to suggest another vehicle if yours is already taken.

  • The transfer is booked once we confirm it
  • Pay the driver on the day, or by invoice
  • Fixed fare stated in the confirmation

We confirm within two hours between 06:00 and 23:00, and first thing the next morning for requests sent overnight.

Talk to dispatch

Drivers are out day and night. The booking line answers from early morning until late evening, and the inbox is read throughout the day.

About this sample page

Landing at night with luggage: the questions this page answers first

Skyport Transfers is a fictional operator whose one page site lays out how a transfer company can present vehicles, fixed fares and bookings on AI Web Maker. The opening view leads with a fixed fare and an hour of waiting after landing, the two promises travellers care about most. Vehicle cards with passengers, bags and starting fares follow, then a table of fares to six destinations. A meeting point section and four booking steps explain what happens between the request and the arrivals hall. Every part of the page points to the booking request, which keeps the route to a confirmed transfer short.

Transfer companies on AI Web Maker begin with a short description of their vehicles and areas, and the builder prepares a draft that already holds a booking request. Travellers send requests with their flight details, and the company accepts them, moves them or declines them. Fares are paid to the driver or by invoice, directly between the company and the traveller, with no cut for the platform. Publishing brings a hosting bill of $119 per year along with the domain, and the build itself is never charged. The sample page linked below walks through this example one part at a time.
